Eli­zawe­ta Vep­rins­ka­ja (al­so spel­led Eli­zave­ta Vep­rins­ka­ya) is a sta­ge and cos­tu­me de­sig­ner. Born in Ky­iv, Uk­ra­ine, she ini­ti­al­ly stu­di­ed Art His­to­ry and Ger­man Stu­di­es at Ruhr Uni­ver­si­ty Bo­chum af­ter she shif­ted her fo­cus to ca­binet­ma­king, comp­le­ting vo­cati­onal tra­ining be­fore mo­ving in­to the­at­re. 

From 2019 to 2022, she wor­ked as an as­sistant set and cos­tu­me de­sig­ner at Scha­us­pi­el Dort­mund, whe­re she al­so re­ali­zed her first in­de­pen­dent de­signs, inc­lu­ding Je­an-Pa­ul Sart­re's Das Spi­el ist aus (di­rec­ted by Aze­ret Ko­ua). Sin­ce 2022, Vep­rins­ka­ja has be­en wor­king as a fre­elan­ce sta­ge and cos­tu­me de­sig­ner. Her work has be­en pre­sen­ted at Scha­us­pi­el­ha­us Dort­mund, The­ater Mag­de­burg, Ba­disc­hes Sta­ats­the­ater Karl­sru­he, and The­ater­ha­us Je­na, among ot­hers. The pro­duc­ti­on Über Le­ben (di­rec­ted by Ru­ven Bircks), for which she de­sig­ned the set and cos­tu­mes at Scha­us­pi­el­ha­us Dort­mund, was no­mina­ted for the Nach­spi­elp­re­is at the 2023 He­idel­berg Stücke­markt. Rhap­so­dy (writ­ten and di­rec­ted by Aze­ret Ko­ua), for which she cre­ated the cos­tu­mes and ma­ke­up at The­ater­ha­us Je­na, was in­vi­ted to the 2025 Ra­dikal jung­fes­ti­val. 

Sin­ce 2023, Vep­rins­ka­ja has be­en re­gular­ly col­la­bora­ting with Ki­rill Se­reb­renni­kov and his the­at­re com­pa­ny KI­RILL & FRI­ENDS. She cont­ri­buted to the set and cos­tu­me de­sign of Der Schne­es­turm and de­sig­ned the sta­ge for Le­gen­de, both pro­duc­ti­ons di­rec­ted by Ki­rill Se­reb­renni­kov.
