Cla­ra Ro­sina Straßer is a sta­ge and cos­tu­me de­sig­ner. She has wor­ked at se­veral the­at­res, inc­lu­ding Tha­lia The­ater Ham­burg, whe­re she first col­la­bora­ted with Ki­rill Se­reb­renni­kov in 2023 whi­le as­sisting him with the cos­tu­me de­sign for Ba­roc­co.Then they con­ti­nu­ed the­ir col­la­bora­ti­on on Le­gen­de.

Cla­ra has de­velo­ped an on­go­ing ar­tistic col­la­bora­ti­on with di­rec­tor Mag­da­lena Schönfeld. To­get­her they ha­ve cre­ated pro­duc­ti­ons inc­lu­ding Mut­terti­er at Zim­mert­he­ater Tübin­gen and Rand at Sta­ats­the­ater Stutt­gart. She has al­so wor­ked as a cos­tu­me de­sig­ner at Scha­us­pi­el Köln and Sta­ats­the­ater Darm­stadt.

Sin­ce 2018, she has col­la­bora­ted re­gular­ly with di­rec­tor Ro­meo Cas­telluc­ci. In this ca­paci­ty, she has be­en in­volved in se­veral in­terna­ti­onal ope­ra pro­duc­ti­ons, inc­lu­ding Das Rhe­in­gold and Die Walküre at La Mon­na­ie / De Munt in Brus­sels, Lac­ri­me di Eros at Dutch Na­ti­onal Ope­ra in Ams­ter­dam, and Sta­bat Ma­ter at the Grand Théâtre de Genève.
