Da­ni­il Mos­ko­vich is a ligh­ting de­sig­ner and mul­ti­dis­cipli­nary ar­tist wor­king ac­ross the­at­re, mu­sic and the vi­su­al arts. His prac­ti­ce cent­res on exp­lo­ring light tex­tu­res that ex­tend be­yond the stan­dard re­per­to­ire of sta­ge tech­no­logy, of­ten in­corpo­rating cus­tom-bu­ilt light ob­jects of his own de­sign. Wor­king ac­ross dif­fe­rent ar­tistic dis­cipli­nes, Da­ni­il cre­ates si­te- and pro­ject-spe­cific ligh­ting con­cepts in clo­se di­alo­gue with di­rec­tors and per­formers, de­velo­ping im­mersi­ve en­vi­ron­ments that res­pond to the uni­que dra­matur­gy of each work.

His on­go­ing col­la­bora­ti­ons inc­lu­de se­veral pro­duc­ti­ons with di­rec­tor Ki­rill Se­reb­renni­kov, among them Ham­let/Fantômes, Ba­roc­co, and Nu­re­yev.
