Ni­kita Ku­kush­kin is an ac­tor, di­rec­tor, and fo­un­der of the cha­ritab­le plat­form HELP.

A gra­du­ate of the Mos­cow Art The­at­re Scho­ol, he was one of the le­ading ac­tors of the Go­gol Cen­ter un­der the ar­tistic di­rec­ti­on of Ki­rill Se­reb­renni­kov. He is a no­minee for Rus­sia’s Na­ti­onal The­at­re Award, the Gol­den Mask.

Ku­kush­kin has wor­ked in the­at­re and film with le­ading Rus­si­an and in­terna­ti­onal di­rec­tors. His in­terna­ti­onal scre­en cre­dits inc­lu­de Dar­ren Aro­nofs­ky’s Ca­ught Ste­aling.

Sin­ce 2023, he has be­en an ac­tor with Ki­rill & Fri­ends, the in­terna­ti­onal the­at­re com­pa­ny fo­un­ded by Ki­rill Se­reb­renni­kov in Ber­lin. Pro­duc­ti­ons fe­atu­ring Ku­kush­kin ha­ve be­en pre­sen­ted in Ber­lin, Pa­ris, Ams­ter­dam, Vi­en­na, and at ot­her in­terna­ti­onal the­at­re ve­nu­es ac­ross Euro­pe.

Sin­ce 2022, he has be­en ba­sed in Euro­pe, whe­re he con­ti­nu­es to de­velop his in­terna­ti­onal ca­re­er in the­at­re and film. 

His ar­tistic work exp­lo­res the­mes of hu­man vul­ne­rabi­lity, fre­edom, and mo­ral res­ponsi­bili­ty, com­bi­ning psy­cholo­gical pre­cisi­on with a po­wer­ful phy­sical pre­sen­ce on sta­ge and scre­en.
