BLUETOOTH MODE: August Diehl & Kirill Serebrennikov

August Diehl is one of Germany’s most renowned actors. In three years of collaboration, he and Kirill Serebrennikov have accomplished an extraordinary amount together. Their work includes The Disappearance of Josef Mengele, which earned Diehl the 2026 German Film Award for Best Actor, as well as the stage productions Der Schneesturm (Salzburg Festival, Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus) and Hamlet / Fantômes (Théâtre du Châtelet, Paris). More projects are already on the horizon.

Over this time, Diehl has become an integral part of the international creative family of Kirill & Friends.
